Placed order and got the goods next day.
All good.
Asked if they could find out if agent for Redding had any neck bushing and body dies for 7mm saum.
Came back and confirmed unfortunately not.
Next day I get Whatsapp from them with a image of set of s match 7mm saum dies.
The message says they saw them advertised on a Telegram group and gives me contact details, says if i come right with them I can return the competition seating die and they will refund or credit me, whichever i choose.
I got the other set from the other shop and send the die back and they with no obligation offer the full credit !!
I spent the money on something else in their shop.
Guys, that's unbelievable service. I will always buy whatever i can from them now if they have it on their shelves!!
