The Canadian Rangers like it too! They replaced their Enfields with it.

Legend has it that when the rifles were introduced the old Enfields were gifted to the users by Parks.
The Canadians have always used my kinda rifles and even calibres, the rifle designs are just so much more useable, like this Artic - just by eye the layout makes sense.
