Was thinking the same as [member=931]zguy[/member]. Build up the bolt face and then machine lugs and face to correct the headspace. In effect a truing of the bolt.

My current lugs are said to be in good shape with the usual wear and tear. The other bolt will have to wait until I have checked the setting of the FL die, and did a cast of the chamber.

Very unusual that - completely negates the whole point of interchangeability
Normally very expensive bespoke guns were the ones - "hand-fitted"

A good machinist ( CNC ) would be able to turn out a whole complete bolt for you
