been playing on QL - just can not get to the 2700 fps mark.
62 gr S335 = 62917 PSI and 102 % fill.
In other words the P14 has no performance gain against the Lee action, even if its stronger, the case capacity is just too small.

With the new figures :-
S335 40,9gr = 2550fps on chrony (1.325ms = Node 5)
S335 42,7gr = 2645fps on chrony - 1/2 node pressure 56K psi
S341 Could get 2660fps on the half node (1.255ms)
S355 Could get 2700fps on the half node pressure near 55K psi

Dave, could you get hold of me, lost your number. My .303, the one you saw years ago, it only shoots a coffee mug group.
Some days not even that good.
You not even a KM away, perhaps you could give the old ketti a look over.

My calcs were done with the spitzer bullet, so you can experiment with the loads as supplied.
