I have a tin of S251 -handgun propellant.
I can find no mention of it on the net and I wanna use it.

Appreciated, but that's not going to happen anytime soon.
Don't you have a magnum revolver anymore? It should work well in 357 and 44 Mags, 22 Hornet and 300BLK. Maybe even in the 7,62x39. No idea how it will work in a 410 shotgun, but the burn rate is in that range.
